3. Defective Products: • If the item has a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be made at no additional cost. • In case of defects, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

5. Shipping Costs: • If the return is due to a defect, we will cover the shipping costs. • For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
